Healthcare Built
Around Your Family
At Prime Family Medicine, we believe great healthcare starts with knowing our patients by name. Our providers take the time to listen, understand your history, and build a care plan that fits your life.
With multiple locations and a team of experienced physicians and nurse practitioners, we offer the full spectrum of primary care, from routine checkups to chronic disease management and preventive screenings.
We're accepting new patients and most major insurance plans. Schedule a visit and see what thoughtful, unhurried medicine feels like.
Supporting Our Medicare Patients
Understanding your Medicare options shouldn't require a medical degree. Our providers specialize in care for patients 65 and older, offering comprehensive wellness visits, chronic care management, and seamless coordination with specialists. If you're new to Medicare or want a provider who truly understands your coverage, we'd like to meet you.
Learn MoreWhat does a primary care visit look like?
A typical visit starts with a check-in on your vitals and any concerns you have. Your provider reviews your medical history, discusses symptoms or preventive needs, and works with you on next steps — whether that's a prescription, a referral, or simply peace of mind.
How do I pick the right provider for my family?
Start with what matters most to you: location, availability, and whether the provider takes your insurance. From there, we recommend scheduling a meet-and-greet. A good fit means you feel heard and comfortable asking questions.
Where are your clinics located?
Check our clinic locations page to find the office nearest you. All of our locations offer the same high standard of care.
What is urgent care, and when should I go?
Urgent care is for issues that need same-day attention but aren't life-threatening — think fevers, sprains, minor cuts, or infections. If your regular doctor isn't available and you can't wait, come see us.
Do I need an appointment for urgent care?
No appointment needed. Walk in during regular business hours and we'll see you as quickly as possible.
What is Medicare?
Medicare is a federal health insurance program primarily for adults 65 and older, though some younger people with certain disabilities also qualify. It helps cover doctor visits, hospital stays, and preventive services.
Can you help me with Medicare enrollment?
We work with certified Medicare specialists who can walk you through your options at no cost. Visit our Medicare page for more details.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major plans including Medicare, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue, and many more. If you're unsure, call us and we'll check for you.
